I am trying to update my maxi check using Windows 10. Systems says there is an update available, but when I put the SD card in the it asked me to, as soon as I click the mouse, anywhere, it locks up and I have to start over again. I now have made i

     it passed that, and I know get to the screen where is says authorization is updated successfully,  and when I click ok, that now locks up.  There has to be a better way!

    Please make sure you download the right PC suite. If it still can't work, could you please take some pictures and send to support@autel.com?
